We’re just under 2 months away from the start of Social Media Week Chicago 2013! Along with the team at Zocalo Group, 435 Digital has been co-planning this week of events during September 23rd – 26th for the past several months. For those of you not yet familiar with what this week entails, it basically consists of workshops, panels, speakers, and events relating the importance and impact of Social Media in our society today. The 2012 conference hosted 95 programs/events at 40 venues around the Chicago downtown area with about 250 speakers and close to 4,000 attendees.
What makes Social Media Week Chicago different from the other conferences?
The programming is generated by businesses like yours, large and small, and almost the entire conference is free to attend. Businesses and organizations submit programs topics they wish to present during the week, and attendees register based off their interest.

Well, you don’t have much time because submission for programming closes this Friday, August 2nd. Our team reviews every single submission and determines the content relevance and venue availability to then confirm these details with your organization.
