Social Media Week Chicago – an agile gathering of practitioners

If you didn’t make Social Media Week, you can learn much by simply surfing the Social Media Week website. Many sessions were blogged by participants and we had a great Twitter stream. Both provided good info. I’ve curated the top-rated videos from YouTube [Sorry - you can only see them on the Storify site. Which platform? The platforms will become background. It’s how you use them and what you say.
Advice to marketers? To me if it’s not authentic, it’s pretty worthless.
The nature of social media is  at odds with the nature of consumerist culture.
